Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes, we guarantee 100% authenticity. We source all our products directly from authorized distributors and official brands in South Korea to ensure you receive genuine skincare and makeup.
How long does shipping take within the GCC?
Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. For other GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You can also pay securely using major credit cards, Apple Pay, or Tabby for interest-free installments.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
How can I check the expiration date of my products?
Korean products usually display the manufacturing date (제조) or the expiration date (까지). Most unopened skincare products have a shelf life of 30 months from the manufacturing date and 12 months after opening.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin and the Middle Eastern climate?
